Abstract
Benoit Frydman analyzes management as an alternative and competing mode of regulation to law and procedures in contemporary justice. He traces the origins of the new judicial management to the 1990s, when New Public Management techniques were imported from the Anglo-Saxon world to Europe, initially as post-Cold War reforms for countries in transition. Il retrace les origines du nouveau management judiciaire aux années 1990, lorsque les techniques de New Public Management ont été importées du monde anglo-saxon en Europe, d'abord comme réformes post-Guerre froide pour les pays en transition.
