Abstract
Benoit Frydman presents the New Rhetoric, a 20th-century philosophical movement founded by Chaïm Perelman that challenges the positivist rejection of practical reasoning by demonstrating how moral, legal, and political questions can be rationally discussed through argumentation rather than mathematical proof.
